Only 25 minutes south of Portsmouth, 7 miles from Exeter, 15 minutes from Newburyport, and less than an hour from Boston and Manchester. The ocean is seven miles East.

The studio is situated on 40 acres of woods and open fields that Lorraine and composer Ward Dilmore have maintained since 1974 for deer, fox, coyotes, turkeys, and hundreds of birds. Trails link the property to hundreds of abutting acres of protected land. Lorraine Dilmore Gallery on Dilmore Lane is a relaxing place to select unique gifts in an unhurried and peaceful natural setting.
